Reports and proceeds are provided monthly to owners. The report includes all rent received during the operating month along with detailed expenses such as; repairs, utilities or any other expenses paid from account. You will receive copies of all expenses paid for your records including a year-to-date report.

Since our tenant screening process typically finds high-quality tenants for your rental property, we very rarely have to deal with evictions. However, if this situation occurs, we handle the eviction process from start to finish. This includes serving all necessary notices, hearing appearances and sheriff lockouts. All evictions are supervised by the SNB Residential Tenancies Tribunal.
