Our team of agents are certified Realtors and have extensive experience in showing and vetting prospective tenants. We can offer anything from a full service program to a marketing and showing only program depending on your needs.

Maintenance

DESIGNED YOUR WAY

We offer a full service program which allows us to perform the necessary fixes and pay the expenses without the need to even contact the owner within a set dollar amount. This allows your properties to run in a streamlined and efficient manor.

A custom program can be designed for each owner.

  • Cleaning

  • Lawn, landscape and snow care

  • Garbage pick-up

  • Regular and yearly maintenance of security, heating, ventilation and safety equipment

  • Other services needed for your building or community.

A preventative care and inspections program will be developed based on each building's needs. We will report to the owner any cause for concern or opportunities to enhance the building's appeal, safety and rentability.

Financial

We can take care of the day-to-day financials obligations tied to your business. We can offer the following services:

  • Receiving rental income the 1st of each month. Electronic options available

  • Timely payment of expenses

  • Monthly owner income and expense reports

  • Issuing late payment notifications by the 2nd of each month

  • Pre and post leasing walk throughs

  • Filing of damage deposits with Service NB (Rentalsman's office)

  • Filing claims with Service NB (Rentalsman's office)

  • Aiding in debt collecting efforts
